Payment Policy: Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, American Express, or MasterCard). Please make checks payable to "Town of New Canaan". There is a $25 cash processing fee for all checks returned by the bank. Credit Card payments allowed in-office only (not allowed over the phone or through the mail) Programs with lottery registrations are payment by check only. Scholarship Requests: Full or partial scholarships are available to those with financial need. Anyone requesting these services may contact the Recreation Director or the Human Services Department at 594-3076. Refund Policy: Recreation Programs - for all programs other than Day Camp - full refund given if withdrawal notification received up to two days prior to the program start and return of unused t-shirt or hat, less administrative fee of $5.00. Refunds will be by check only. No pro-rated partial refunds. Day Camps - full refund given if withdrawal notification received up to one week prior to the session start, less administrative fee of $5.00. Refunds will be by check only.
