The New Canaan Health Department seeks qualified candidate(s) for the position of Sanitarian (part-time). The position(s) offer experience in subsurface sewage disposal, food service inspection and other environmental activities.

Qualifications require a 4 year college degree with a minimum of thirty semester hours in the physical and /or biological sciences, including fifteen semester hours in public health courses. Registered Sanitarian licensure, certifications in food service inspection and sewage disposal (phase I and II) is desirable.
